- You have the right within 14 days after receipt of the goodsto return the items without giving any reason.

- We only accept returns for new and unworn goods.
- If your goods are defective or an item is missing, this must be reported in advance.
- Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.
- If your right of return of 14 days has been exceeded and we have not previously confirmed an extended right of return, your return will automatically be sent back to you.
- Please note that There is no right to a refund for mystery products, but in exceptional cases we can exchange the items.
